How to return your order

Use the same email address you used when placing your order.

Choose the order and item you would like to return.
3. Submit a return request
Fill in the return request and wait for our approval.
4. Receive your return label
After approval, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label by email.
Return conditions
- The item must be unused and undamaged.
- The item must not have lost its original appearance.
- Original labels and tags must still be attached.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days from receiving the order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. Please return the item and place a new order for the preferred size, colour or product.
